Nabi & Co. does not rent or sell customer lists to other companies. Instead, we use information collected via the website in the following ways:

  • For information you provide directly, such as ordering information or e-mail messages, we use the information to respond to your orders and requests.
  • For some registration and use data, we may direct you to particular Web pages, customize the Web pages you see, or otherwise increase the relevance of the information you access through the website.
  • For information about Web pages visited, page hits per week, and the like, we use this information internally to improve the design of our Web pages.
  • Nabi & Co. may use third-party storage or service-provider companies to perform some functions including the processing of data.

The use of the website and all orders for wholesales are subject to the acceptance of these terms and conditions, and deemed to be accepted by you when placing your order. These conditions do not affect your statutory rights. These terms and conditions are subject to change without notice and supersede all previous editions.

PAYMENT:

We accept credit cards (AMEX/Master card/Discover/Visa) and PayPal as payment.

Payment is collected at check out as you place your order.

 

CANCELLATIONS:

We do our best to ship items within 3 business days and because of this the window for cancelling orders is very short. If your cancellation request is seen prior to us processing your order, we are happy to cancel your order for a full refund, but once it has begun processing we are no longer able to cancel your order.

Standard Delivery

Express Delivery

  • Express shipping orders placed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, before 11:00 AM PST will usually arrive within 2-3 business days from the shipped date. Please allow 1-2 days handling time.
  • Holidays: Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Day After Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day.
  • Express shipping is not available for Alaska, Hawaii, P.O Boxes, and APO/FPO addresses.

 

Next Day Delivery

Next Day Shipping is available on orders placed before 11:00am PST. Orders placed before 11am PST will arrive the following business day, by end of day. Next Day Shipping is only available to delivery addresses in the 48 contiguous states. Not valid for international delivery addresses or Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. Boxes, or APO/FPO addresses. Orders placed on the following holidays are not eligible for Next Day Shipping: Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Day After Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day.

International shipping options

International shipping restriction

  • Delivery is not available for Post Office boxes.
  • Gift Card delivery to International addresses is not available.
  • Orders shipping to International addresses have a maximum merchandise sub-total (excluding E-Gift Certificate) purchase amount limit of $1,000, or a maximum purchase item limit of 20 items per order, whichever comes first.

International Taxes, Duties and Customs Fees

  • Nabi & Co. ships your package DDU, duties and taxes unpaid, and does not collect VAT, duties and/or taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. For more information regarding your country's custom policies please contact your local customs office.
  • USPS's local country affiliates will charge the recipient all applicable duty, taxes, and/or brokerage fees C.O.D. in the local currency at the time of delivery. All taxes, duties and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient of the package. Your local post office or carrier can give you information on the method of payment accepted for the duties, taxes and other fees collected upon delivery.

Customers are responsible for shipping charges. Items with free shipping are offered for ease and convenience and have a shipping charge imputed into the total cost. All price and payments must be in US currency. Please understand that all the accessories are final sale.

 

RETURNS/EXCHANGES:

All refunds for returned merchandise can only be issued on same payment method you use.

 

Return Criteria

  • You have up to 30 days from reception of your order to exchange your item for another size or request a refund by mail:

  • All items must be returned to us in their original, unworn, unwashed, and smoke-free condition.
  • Final sale items cannot be exchanged or returned for store credit. The following items are final sale items, jewelry, hair accessories, hats, scarves, handbags, clutches, sunglasses, belts, and any items that are under accessory category. All sale items are final sale.

Return Details

  • Returns are processed within 7-10 business days upon receipt of the package. Refunds are issued on same payment method you use.
  • The buyer is responsible for all shipping fees. Original and return shipping fees are non-refundable.

 

How to Make a Return

  • Please send us email, and let us know about order#, invoice#, and items you want to return. 
  • Please include the invoice you received with your package and a note with the items you are returning and include it in your package along with the item(s).

      

 

  • Send your package back via shipping method of USPS. We will email you once everything is processed and completed

-EXCHANGES

Love it but need a different size or color? We’re happy to exchange as long as that item is still in stock.

We only offer exchanges for the same item in a different size or color. We are unable to accommodate exchanges for different items at this time.

Currently, we are only able to process exchanges for domestic (US) customers.

 

-HOW TO RETURN

Returns are accepted within 30days from the shipped date. Please note all Gift Cards, E-Gift Certificates, jewelry, and final sale merchandise may not be returned for a refund or exchange; unless received damaged, defective, or the wrong item(s). Returns must be unworn, unaltered, and unwashed with all tags attached.

Please note that you will be responsible for return shipping cost.

-DAMAGE, DEFECTIVE, WRONG ITEMS SHIPPED

Our Shipping Department takes pride in its 99.3% shipping accuracy rate. However, if you do receive an incorrect item due to a shipping error or if your order is incomplete. We apologize for any inconvenience that may be caused, but we will make every reasonable effort to satisfy our customers.

Returns are accepted within 14 days from the shipped date. Please note all Gift Cards, E-Gift Certificates, jewelry, and final sale merchandise may not be returned for a refund or exchange; unless received damaged, defective, or the wrong item(s). Returns must be unworn, unaltered, and unwashed with all tags attached.

By mail

Exchanges by mail are only processed for damaged, defective, or wrong item(s) shipped. Exchanges by mail are not permitted for returns from U.S. territories, APO/FPO, and International addresses. 

Should you receive damaged, defective, or the wrong item(s), please return the merchandise within 30 days from the shipped date to our Online Returns address.


Department will inspect your merchandise. If you would like a replacement of the item(s), please write Exchange on the top of the box. We will gladly send out a replacement of the original item(s) purchased, at no cost, as long as the merchandise is available. If the merchandise is not available, you will receive a refund to the original form of payment used to make your online purchase. Returns must be unworn, unaltered, and unwashed with all tags attached.

 

-REFUNDS

Refunds will be processed within 3 business days from reception of your return at our warehouses. Once we have inspected the condition of the returned items, we will notify you by e-mail. The refund will be made using the same payment method used to purchase the item(s).
